Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern use of the thai-yoga.net platform operated by Cokron Innovations GmbH. By using the website, you accept these terms.
§ 1 Scope and provider
These Terms apply to use of the website thai-yoga.net (the "Platform"). The provider is Cokron Innovations GmbH, Tonstr. 31, 33729 Bielefeld (the "Operator"). The Platform is a free service for finding Thai Yoga Massage practitioners and practice partners for shared practice.
§ 2 Services provided
The Operator provides a technical platform with map view and search features. It does not provide massage or treatment services and is not a contractual party between users and listed persons. Contact and agreements are made solely between users and listed persons at their own responsibility.
§ 3 Registration and user account
Certain features (e.g. creating a profile or listing, visibility as a practice partner, editing your profile) require registration. Registration details must be truthful. Access credentials must be kept confidential. The Operator may suspend or delete accounts in cases of misuse, false information, or violations of these Terms.
§ 4 User content and listings
Users are solely responsible for all content they publish (e.g. name, description, contact details, location). They confirm that they have the necessary rights and will not publish unlawful, misleading, or offensive content. By publishing content, users grant the Operator a simple, non-exclusive license limited to the Platform to store, display, and technically provide that content.
§ 5 Practice partners and approval
To protect practice partners' data, access to corresponding entries may require manual approval by the Operator. Participants in certain events (e.g. Festi'Thaï) may receive automatic approval. The Operator decides on approval and revocation at its reasonable discretion; there is no entitlement to approval.
§ 6 No medical advice
Thai Yoga Massage is bodywork and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. The Platform does not provide medical or therapeutic advice. Users are responsible for seeking professional advice on health matters and critically reviewing offers.
§ 7 Liability
The Operator is fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for damage resulting from injury to life, body, or health. In cases of slight negligence breaching essential contractual duties, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Otherwise, liability is excluded except where mandatory statutory liability applies. The Operator is not liable for content or actions of registered users or for services and contacts between users and listed persons.
§ 8 Availability and changes
The Operator strives for uninterrupted availability but does not guarantee it. Maintenance, development, or technical issues may cause temporary restrictions. The Operator may adapt, extend, or discontinue Platform features where users' legitimate interests are appropriately considered.
§ 9 Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Further information will be provided in a separate privacy policy once published on the website. Until then, privacy questions may be sent to bg@cokron.com.
§ 10 Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for merchants, legal entities under public law, and special funds under public law is Bielefeld, where legally permissible. If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective. The Operator may amend these Terms; material changes will be communicated appropriately.
